Prayer

Prayer is so important in the lives of believers. The Bible instructs us learn God’s will and pray in that way. This makes prayer a lifestyle! Our goal is to put people who already live a life of prayer together with others. The Bible says, "the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." How amazing!

Prayer Ministry

I believe we have entered a season of "warring worship." This is a season to tear down the mantle of "human precept" as explained in Hosea where the children of God pursued other interests and considered them more important than their relationship with their Father in Heaven. I can see this same correlation in America as we have busied ourselves with building reputations, businesses, wealth and attempts at lifestyles of the rich and famous or the opposite of setting others in charge of our destiny. The Lord has said, "I will return again to My place, till they acknowledge their offense. Then they will seek My face, in their affliction they will earnestly seek Me" (Hosea 5:15).

Faithful to His Word, as we have sought His Face through repentance we are seeing a return of this nation to its first love, "like the latter and former rain to the earth."  The Lord truly is answering His people who have cried out believing His Word, "If my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land" ( 2 Chronicles 7:14).

Thank You, Lord, for New Testament grace, and let us not abuse it by saying, "God must be merciful because we are in the time of grace." Rather, let us turn back to our First Love with a fire and passion in our bellies, with a worship that will break the asherah poles and sacred stones of human precepts.  Let us rejoice that the King is here!
